📄 CT Travels – City Tour Booking Policy At CT Travels, we aim to provide a seamless and reliable booking experience for all our customers. Please review the following booking policy before confirming your Mumbai City Tour reservation: ✅ Booking & Confirmation All bookings must be made at least 3 hours in advance of the tour start time. Bookings can be made online through our website, via phone, or through authorized agents. A confirmation message/email will be sent once the payment is successfully processed. Please carry a valid ID proof and show your booking confirmation at the time of boarding. 💳 Payment Terms Full payment is required at the time of boarding. We accept UPI or CASH only in bus. Group discounts or custom tour rates (for schools/corporates) must be discussed and finalized prior to booking. 🚫 Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellations made 12 hours or more before the tour date are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the tour or for no-shows. In case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, political unrest, etc.), a rescheduled date or full refund will be offered at our discretion. ⏰ Rescheduling Rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours prior to the tour. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur a small service charge. 🚌 Pickup & Timings Pickup is available from all designated points along the city. Passengers are requested to arrive at their pickup point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time. The bus will not wait beyond 5 minutes at each pickup point to maintain the tour schedule. ⚠️ General Conditions CT Travels reserves the right to alter the itinerary or route in case of operational or safety requirements. Passengers under the influence of alcohol or disruptive behavior may be denied boarding without refund. Children under 5 years travel free (lap seat); above 5 years require a full ticket.
